Absences If your child is absent or tardy please follow these directions:
1. Call the main number(860-584-7822) and select option 1. State your child's name, grade and reason for being absent or tardy.
2. A note from the parent/guardian will be required after each absence. The note must include the days of absence and the reason for the absence and be signed by the parent/guardian within 10 days of the absence. New legislation regarding student attendance has been approved. In June 2012, the Connecticut State Legislature revised the policy regarding truancy, and excused and unexcused absences.
